I’ve been using a range of essential oil blends by Courtney + The Babes for a long time; the quality is amazing, and I find them really effective. I asked Courtney to create a bespoke blend for Mama Maya that was useful for both mamas and their babies, and the result is ‘Serene Mama + Baby’ Blend – a beautiful yet versatile blend of five therapeutic-grade essential oils, it’s especially useful during those challenging days – helping to calm mama as well as encourage an unsettled babe to relax and sleep.

Ingredients:
Roman Chamomile promotes a calming effect on the mind and body
Frankincense promotes feelings of peace and overall wellness
Lavender calming and relaxing, promotes peaceful sleep and eases feelings of tension
Blue Tansy soothes the mind and body
Ho Wood promotes feelings of peace and relaxation
Fractionated coconut oil

Apply as often as needed to wrists and soles of feet.
