Delivery & Returns

We deliver worldwide!

 

AUSTRALIA: Standard delivery anywhere in Australia is $7 and FREE if you bundle and spend over $75. A bit urgent? We’ll Express Post using Australia Post for $10 – just make sure to select this option at checkout.

 

We use either Australia Post or Couriers Please (via Shippit) for delivery.

 

Orders are sent from Sydney Metro within 2 business days of your order being received, and we’ll send you an email with a tracking number to let you know when your order is on it’s way. After that your goods will be in the hands of the lovely folks at Australia Post or our courier service, and you can use the tracking number to follow it’s delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL: International delivery to all countries from Australia is a flat rate AU$15; we use DHL for delivery, and it usually takes between 3-15 working days, depending on your location; we’ll send you a tracking code so you can follow it’s journey.

 

PLEASE NOTE: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

 

We really hope you love your Mama Maya purchase, but in the event that you don’t, we accept returns on unwashed and unused items in the original packaging and with the original tags still attached, within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item purchased less the shipping fee (if applicable). Please email hello@mamamaya.com.au prior to returning the item for postage details. Exchanges may incur additional postage costs.

 

If returning an item for exchange or refund, we recommend that you send it back to us via Registered Post. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit, and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Unfortunately Mama Maya is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 

Please include your original order number so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund.

 

If the product is faulty, we will refund the full purchase cost including any shipping cost. Please email hello@mamamaya.com.au prior to returning the item for postage details.

 

We stand by the quality of our products and provide a 12-month quality guarantee on the stitching and construction of our products. Please note that Mama Maya is not responsible for defects caused by misuse or negligence. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your product becomes faulty at any point, please email hello@mamamaya.com.au with information, and we’ll happily organise a replacement.

 

We’re very careful to ensure that the product image is representative of the actual colours, however please use this image as a reference and note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers. Exchanges for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

 

We also do not offer refunds on missing items that have been marked by our courier, Australia Post or DHL as ‘delivered’.

 

International orders and gift cards are Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund.
